decent place From: ken1dra@tampabay.rr.com Date posted: 9/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   My fiance and I have lived in our apartment for over 1 year. They seem to take care of good care of the grounds. I have only had a couple of minor needs taken care of, but have no complaints on their responsiveness. Maintenance people are friendly. The girl that cleans our building is too. They have done alot of good work here that many places tend to let go. They just did the parking lot, and pool. It's nice to live at a place where it is obvious the owners care, and it filters down through the people that run this place. I have had positive dealings with Lori the manager and Barb. There are new faces in the office and they are pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for a decent place that you do not have to pay out the nose for, I will say I feel good about recommending it here.
