Emerald Pointe Apartments does not like quiet tenants who pay their rent on time. Nope, with every passing month I see things going downhill. You get rid of one noisy and obnoxious neighbor and lo and behold 2 more move in to replace them. I cannot wait to get out of this place. I agree with the previous poster this is trailer park trash haven. You cannot get anything fixed at your apartment. Screens are missing on windows, your patio door has no screen so you can open it, yet the trash that lives in the other apartments have screens on their patio doors. I cannot wait to get out of this digusting place. The Office Staff is rude and obviously prefers trash over good tenants. I am forbidden to complain anymore, because one tenant was removed on my behalf for playing loud music and TVs all day and all night. I was told not to bother complaining about any more neighbors because they would not be removed. Of course not! Trailer Trash, druggies, and the like are the preferred tenants here. They do not complain when their appliances or screens are missing. They do not pay their rent on time, and Emerald Pointe rakes in extra money from them. Why bother with tenants who pay their rent on time' They do not make any extra money from these tenants. It will be one of the happiest days of my life when I get out of this trashy mess! I might as well have moved into a trailer park with the rest of the trailer park trash because that?s all we have here!
