Anxious to move out

With a few more months remaining on my lease, I can't wait to leave. There is noise coming from the apartment above that may be from a vent in the bathroom. It's hard to say, but I have complained about this in the past to no avail. When Consolidated Management owned this place, they did an extensive background check on me, and they had nighttime security roaming the grounds. When they sold it to the current owner, this place turned into a wasteland. They ended up letting go of security and said we had to police our own property. They have become so desperate for tenants, they'll allow anyone to move here now and it shows. I come home for lunch, and it doesn't look like hardly any people work around here. No wonder they love most of their tenants because welfare guarantees their payments every month. It took them 3 months to fix my kitchen light. When I requested they replace my dining room blinds, they said I was responsible for them. I was better off going to big lots and spending the $3.00 that they cost to begin with. It's extremely difficult to get them to make repairs. They lie to your face, but they're really not good at it even with all the practice they have had over the years. What's the deal with the 'emerald's newest gem'' That has got to be the funniest thing I have seen here. Just another way of jacking up the price on the apartment the new-founded, inflated title. This place is not nearly all it's cracked up to be. The only crackpots are the derelicts that live here along with people in the office (and we all know they're the ones giving the rave reviews). Who are you kidding' Honestly, the end of this summer cannot come fast enough. Good riddance!
