Living at Emerald Pointe has been fine.

I personnally have lived at 3 other apartment communities in the last 8 years. 2 in Hillsborough County and one in Pinellas. (This is my 2nd in Pinellas). I work for Pinellas County. I really love the location, I am about 15 minutes to my job and it is close to the bridge to Tampa and everything. I feel the only way to really tell what goes on is to go to a place.

They were very welcoming when I came here and have been consistently helpful. The biggest issue for me is the parking is tight. I payed much more for rent in the past. Rocky Pointe left me broke (over $1200 per month in rent) and feeling like I lived in anightmare. Other places would not care if you came or went.

I say come look. If you like it come look at night. Then ask some people who live here.
