Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
We lived at Emerald Pointe for 15 months. We had no complaints about management or maintenance. Both were prompt and professional. The complex is very clean and attractive. We are going to miss our tomatoe plants on the balcony but circumstances forced us to move. If it had been up to me we'd still be there but a higher authority over ruled me.
