Some Reasons NOT to live at Emerald Pointe Apartments:

1) You will pay out the butt on your electric bill because the apartments have cheap windows and doors.
2) You won't receive your security deposit back ever, because they install cheap carpets that shed and stain easily.
3) Maintenance is a joke. Don't be surprised if the the 4 washers and 4 dryers in your one complex are broken down for months.
4) Transients, hookers, obnoxious teenagers, and truck drivers will frequent the complex at all hours. There are no gates.
5) There is no place for children to play, but instead, parents let their toddlers and small children ride bicycles in front of cars.
6) Not even your parents or friends will want to stay overnight or leave their cars in the parking lot.
7) There may be sexual predators living below you.
8) The sewage system backs up into the parking lot. So, watch where you step when going to work in the morning...
9) Don't let them increase your rent - there haven't been any improvements to the complex that warrant it. Don't let tales of gates or any other updates fool you.
