I enjoy living here. I am moving into a one bedroom soon. I have been in a two and it is just too big for just me. The staff has ALWAYS been nice to me. Even when I had to pay my rent late they were gracious. Sure the fees are high, but I should have paid on time!!!! When I needed my garbage disposal fixed they were there in an hour on a Sunday. Yes, on a SUNDAY for a disposal. I have NEVER had any problems with them coming right away to fix something. I recently was looking for a one bedroom elsewhere. Seeing what was out there. This is the best space for the best price. It is on a bus line, a mall (with Target and other big stores) is only 5 blocks away, there is a grocery store less than a block away, and Rookies and Brandy's (though an older crowd) are a lot of fun with an eclectic group of people who are friendly! It is near the highway to both airports. And 15 minutes from downtown, 25 from the beaches. Parking has never been a problem....TRY living in Chicago or Minneapolis having to find street parking is not fun!!!!! This is a nice place to live.
Oh and the pools rock!!!! Lots of kids...but this is a family building with kids. Kids go to the pool and kids play and make noise. That is part of living in a community!!!!!!!!
