To the tenant that wrote the last few "no" ratings - do we live at the same Emerald Pointe'
I have enjoyed living here for going on 1 year.
I have met many nice people, and my neighbors and I look out for one another. I used the pool by the office at least once a week through last summer, it is always kept up nicely. The staff here is extremely pleasant and helpful.
Apartments are nice, my bedroom is big, and kitchen is big. The parking where I'm at is not too bad by 72nd & 1st.
I would lilke to see a basketball court put in and a weights area.
It was reshreshing to move out of Hillsboro and see my water bill drop over 60 - 100 per month.
