I experienced a once a week knocking frenzy by brat kids, a neighbor who was arrested three times in 1-year and another arrested once in 1-year, 5-night a week boom-box noise from teens hanging out, and a less-than-intelligent office staff. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
