They take advantage From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/8/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Many residents here are immigrants and working poor. The rent is low and there is a good reason. Maintenance is sub-par (when you can get it), and the solutions to your problems are usually the cheapest. There are emergency vehicles (police, fire, ambulance) here on a regular basis. If you choose to move there, read your lease VERY CAREFULLY! They take responsibility for nothing, even if they cause it! You get what you pay for. Also check the FDLE website for sexual predators. There were a few in this complex! Parking lots flood with rain. Drainage is subpar, elevators are frightening. Laundry machines are a crapshoot, sometimes they work, sometimes they do not.
