ive been living here for 1 year and i absolutely love it and the office staffs are really nice and they dont talk about people they are really tring to keep it clean But some people ruin it but overall this is a NICE place to live so take your happy butt down here

you most be a "pet of theirs" no offense to you at all, please. However, they treat people that they like with kindness, but if they deceide you are someone that they don't like, they will treat you horribly and they will turn on you. Please take some friendly advice, be careful. They could turn on you too. They do talk about one another and other tennants behind there backs. Iv'e heard it and it has happened to me. It doesn't feel good at all

i would like to know if all this comments are true because i went there today to check a apartment the rent really is to high. i see the palce good and clean but i have to paid all the utilities and that is not fair u have to pay the rent and utilities to no way!!!!!!!!!!

If you think this place is clean shortycap then I dont want to imagine what you think is dirty. There is garbage all over the grounds, cigarette butts are everywhere, the place needs painting, they need to pressure wash the 20 year old gum off the concrete, the sprinkler heads are broken and dont water the lawn so they are basically wasting money. Those are just a few of the things that need fixing around here.

Jeeze I was actually thinking about looking at a place- a one bedroom but I'm not so sure now..Its listing says water and garbage paid-is this true..?
