My apartment was not ready when I moved in. There are cracks in the tile in the bathroom. I wanted something fixed and when they fixed it it still didnt work. There is garbage on the ground and not in the bins. Its dirty and not taken care of. It will cost me a bunch of money to get out of the lease but it will be worth it to pay to get out of here. Cars have been broken into twice in the past 3 months.

emerald pointe is like living in the Ghetto and the new manager in the office Kelli Parker is the worst manager they have had.....Beware do not rent or you will regret. They need to clean house in that office no manners.

I miss the old management!! Lori Rice was phenominal and Barb was so helpful. We are moving to Bridgewater.
