The worse things about these apartments are they are DIRTY and not KEPT.The tenants are friendly that i speak with but they all fill the same way. These apartments are the Ghetto of St. Pete, the office has the worse manger i have seen in a long time(no people skills). The elevators smell of urine and garbage on the grounds of the building does not get picked up by office enough. The new manager is worse then the one before if that could be possible. my advise RUN from thse apartments ask yourself why are they cheaper then some' you get what you pay for..............
