Emerald Pointe Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have never lived in an apartment complex with a staff that is so hateful and rude in all my life. The women in the office are all talking ugly about one another behind each other's back to the tenants. The tenants are tired of it. The staff talks about the tenants (who they do not even know personaly)behind their backs as well. Tenanats have come to me and said that a women (a manager) who I do not even know called me a bleep, bleep, bleep. ( you get the picture) It is ridiculous. I have never had a problem or arguement with her in my life. What is this high school' I am the customer. They are the employees. Instead, the staff acts like the tenants here, work for them. Many, Many of us are upset about the way the female staff behaves. The apartments are not kept up. Both of my toilets have problems. The equipment is rusted out. I do not have enough hot water for my family to bathe, the light in my kitchen almost fell on my children's head, there are no locks on some of the windows and they refuse to fix the screens on the patio. This is just a few of the problems at my place. There are many, compaints coming from other residents as well. Many people will be complaining to the corporation. I pay almost 1000 $ a month to live here , as do the rest of us, and this place is simply not worth it! However, on a positive note, I must say that the men that perform maintenance (when and if they are finally given the request) are polite, trustworthy people who are not invovled with this ridiculous drama. I hate moving ( don't we all) but I am so fed up, I will as will many, many others. Also, there are no washer drier conections in any apartments. Any promises they MAKE TO GET YOU TO MOVE IN, WILL NOT BE FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH! When I move, I personally will make sure that several people's jobs will be in jeoporday because I will tell the truth about what is going on here! I have also been robbed !!! I am extemely non-confrontational and kind, basically, almost a doormat. As a result, I have never written a lettter like this and it really takes a lot for me to get this angry. Don't move here! Many people's cars have been robbed also (18) that I know of
