I have to agree that it is getting a lot worse. I have not heard gun shots, but the residents are getting a little yucky. I have only had problems with the dryers once in 3 1/2 years, but there are so many buildings and I may be in a good one. I do think it is a little dingy too.

You are so right.....I have lived here since 2004 and because my credit ratings is not good of course I had to put down an extra amount. I have been a model tenant here and paying my rent is impeccable. I wish I could move since I am paying $585 for a hole in the wall Studio. They have people in here now that dont clean up after their Pets and thats the last thing I want to see when I walk out of my apartment is dog poop.(And I love dogs) I wish I could own one now but it wouldnt be fair to an animal in a studio apartment. Another thing, paying for water in an apartment is Ludicrous. The management told me that was mandated by the City of St. Petersburg. I wish I could move!!!!!
