I am newly renting here and I just wanted to say the office staff (especially Jeremy) were very kind in helping us get into our new place quickly due to a mold problem at our old place...
Everyone we spoke with were extremely helpful and I have went through the place several times day or night to check it out. It is always very quiet and the people we have run into have been very friendly.
We look forward to being here a long time!

Yeah...They all smiling... wait what will happen next... rent is going up every 6 months for at least 50$, if you have any problems - don't forget to put it in writing and get your copy signed by office stuff - cuz, trust me, when you are gone from the office - they will forget about u and your problems!!!
