The apartments are average compared to most, the appliances in mine are updated but the cabinets have not been. I like that there are lots of windows but am upset that the landscapers blow dirt towards the apartment when they clean the sidewalks. I haven't brought this up to management yet. I really like the new manager -----. She is really friendly and can work with you if you run into problems.

The apartments are a pretty good size but there needs to be more cabinets in the kitchen. I have a 2 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bathroom. I feel like it is home since I have my own porch. There have not been many problems with neighbors, most are quiet in my building and we hardly ever see anything unusual. The pools are clean unlike my last apartment. The buildings could use a different color, the tan is kind of depressing. Our apartment has had roaches get in from under the door but we got some of the roach baits put them on the porch and in the house and we stopped seeing them. It's florida so palmetto bugs are to be expected to some degree but I never had problems as long as i remembered the baits :)

Overall it's a good place to be. I feel very much like it's going to be my home until we are able to buy a house.

Yeah...They all smiling... wait what will happen next... rent is going up every 6 months for at least 50$, if you have any problems - don't forget to put it in writing and get your copy signed by office stuff - cuz, trust me, when you are gone from the office - they will forget about u and your problems!!!
