My review can be summed-up in one word BEWARE!
First, make sure you get what you paid for. Management will show you the "model apartment". This is not what you get. (ask them)
Most apartments are out dated. Ask if you can see your apartment.
I asked but was told the carpet was being cleaned at the time. Two weeks later, when I was moving in, my carpet was soak & wet. A couple of days later ------ spots appeared on the carpet.
Don't buy unless they show you your apartment & ask if your carpet was it cleaned or just dyed. This is important if you have allergies.
You pay extra for amenities. Make sure you are getting them.
When you go through the complex have them show you what you are getting is working.
Car Care Center: is the water & air working'
Take a good look a the pool. Is there green on the sides' Or is it cloudy' Also, go by around 2:00p on weekends check pools. Small one holds 10 people. Large one hold 25 people. Usually pretty crowded.
Many people at the pool my not even live there!
Ask about there monitoring policies & how they enforce them.
Remember, if you don't get to use the amenities is it worth it'
Don't waste your money.
Also, ask how many times in the passed year have they had to replace their management staff.
If you do rent from Emerald Pointe Apts. make sure that you send your "intent to move" letter certified to the office the staff. They may miss place your letter a try to charge you $375.00 "skipped without notice" fee.
Check your final water bill. Take picture of your apartment after final cleaning. Get a copy of keys, pool pass & signed off by office.
Again "BEWARE".
Sincerely,
Kim

I am a resident, and I like the complex. However, there is a maintenance project that should be explored. I notice that a number of the screened in apartments have damaged screens needing repair. This can be an eyesore to visitors or potential tenants.
