TOO MUCH VANDALISM AND AUTO THEFT!!!

My daughter lives at Emerald Point. It has been nothing but a nightmare since she moved in. There have been numerous plumbing problems.
The biggest problem of all is auto theft and vandalism. Her car was broke into about a week ago and they tried to steal it. The St Pete police told us that this area is well known for these problems. In the past week, numerous cars have been broken into and one stolen, that we know of. Last night the neighbors car was vandalized again.
THere is suppose to be security here over night, but I am not sure where they are cause I have never seen them.
I would not recommend moving here. It is not what they lead it to be.
The place is old and run down. They think a coat of paint fixes things. Numerous plumbing problems. The bathroom sink still drains slow and the toilet backs up all the time.
Again, I STRONGLY DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE. IT IS A WASTE OF GOOD MONEY....

I live and work here and I can tell you that every community on 4th street is having similiar problems! I have lived here off and on for 10 years, I love the area and the community! We are close to downtown, Tampa, I love the fact that Sweet bay is right next door. I think this is a great place to live ;)
