Flagler Pointe Apartments

Would not live here again From: flasucksusa Date posted: 12/6/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   I lived in this complex from July 2000 to July 2002. For the money it was not a bad price. It is on the south side and therefore farther away from some things. I never felt unsafe, but it did always bother me that there was never security. The security gate was always open and 9 out of 10 times nobody was there. Management was not always friendly and were hard to get to because it seemed that whenever I went there they were closed. I was upset that there was never any security around. I was also upset that a month or two before I moved they upped the amount for washer and dryers, but the water was always closed and the service lousy. The laundry room did not seem like it was ever cleaned. I also feel that the pool was constantly dirty. This place did well for my two years there, but if I had the choice I would not live there again.
