Dissapointing Property and Management Attitude From: Trnsprt Date posted: 2/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001   The previous two reviewers are spot on with regard to this complex. Management was horrible when we lived there. The apartment that we had was very livable. 3 bedroom 2 bath. Access to pool and tennis courts. Very spacious place for an affordable price. The neighborhood leaves alot to be desired. Kids do indeed run rampant much of the time throughout the complex. Security is sparse. The further you are toward the front of the complex the safer, cleaner and less disturbed you will be. The back areas are not somewhere I would feel real comfortable taking the family for a walk at night! We had a portion of our second floor apartment roof cave in as a result of poor work by a roofing contractor. The roof had a hole in it for nearly 2 weeks and the carpet and paint was damaged by the water that caused the cave in. Did they repaint the room with the damage' Did they replace the flooded carpet' Did they react in a timely and understanding manner for the inconvenience that we endured' NO! The living room of the apartment was truly ruined and they made no attempt to repair it. We moved out shortly thereafter. If I was a college kid or a single and I could get an apartment up near the office or in one of the building close to the front entrance I would. If I were a family person I would keep looking.
