Flagler Pointe Ruined My Credit!

I lived in Flagler Pointe for about 1 year and that was my first apartment. It was nice at first, until my refrigerator went out and I had just put groceries in there about maybe a day before and I tried to contact management and also maintenence and no one was available. Finally I had gotten a phone call from a staff member returning my (5th) message I had left concerning my refrigerator. They told me that it could be fixed but there will be no reimbursement of my food. (Keep in mind that is was Memorial Day Weekend) I had planned to cook for my family. With getting a response like that...I was determined to get help. I told them that I would contact Consumer Services and Also News Channel 8 to investigate this matter. Then they call me back within 2 minutes and told me The only thing they could do was Take off half my rent. (The Rent was not a problem, It was my food...duh!)But I did not consider the offer. I told them I would be moving and they gave me no response. I paid my rent for my last month being there and moved. Now I have a copy of my credit report from them, stating that I broke my lease....(Fu** Flagler Pointe!) They will be getting sued...I promise!!!!!
