Flagler Pointe Apartments

Awful Experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I had a miserable experience with Flagler Pointe Apartments the entire time I lived there. I was told I would be moving into an apartment with washer-dryer connections. On moving day, I noticed that I did not. I was told they would be put in immediately. After lots of pleading, they were finally put in EIGHT months later. But, they did not install them correctly. So, I had to wait two weeks longer for them to come and fix additional problems. In additon, maintenance is terrible. They have a very slow response time to problems. They do not respond to their emergency maintenace pager. I called 10 times one night for a problem with no response. Also, maintenace seemed to "patch things up," but never fix the problem. I was continually calling them for the same problems. This is a terrible place to live. Management does not respond to problems. They ignore calls. They ignore their residents and do not treat them with respect.
