Flagler Pointe Apartments

Please go somewhere else (it's for your owne good) From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   This place was'nt bad when I first moved in but in the last few months have seen the place go straight down hill. There is ALOT of crime. Maintance is horrible and no one from the office will return your call. Rent goes up every year for no obvious reason and for what the rent is increased the are no improvements. Security is horrible. It's 1 guy who dos'nt even speek english so good luck telling him if you have a problem. My place was broken into and just about everything I had was stolen, the police officer said that this one one of the worst in St. Petersburg. You can also check out the police web site and it will give you a break down of the crime rate block by block. I definately do not recommend this hell hole. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
