Flagler Pointe Apartments

Can't wait until the lease is up! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   I was very upset when I first walked into my apartment. I was shown a beautiful model, but my actual apartment had holes in the walls and carpet. There were also burn holes in the carpet. I paid a redecoration fee, and was told the carpets weren't replaced because the holes were only "cosmetic". The place is infested with roaches. They almost never spray. The pools are dirty, and the sports courts are always locked with a pad lock. Parking is a nightmare, and the neighbors are noisy. Children are always playing in the parking lot, and teenagers are always loitering in the breeze ways. The lighting at night is also poor. The office staff is not at all helpful, they are too busy focusing on getting "New" residents. We have a security gate that is always open. They have recently hired a new guard, but he is only there at certain times of the day.
