Flagler Pointe Apartments

Ceiling caved in From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   Overall it was ok, besides my living room ceiling caving in. I found out that one of the bedroom ceilings had also previously caved in. Fiberglass insulation is no fun to get rid of.
