Dont Ever Come Here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   My wife and I movd into flagler a little over a year ago and signed a one years lease. I will never forget the year I lived there. First day we moved in there was some crazy guy always trying to come up and talk to me and my wife. This guy looked like he was a crack head and talked off things that did not make any sense. He would sit outside and watch my apt and always try to make conversation when it was not welcomed. oneday he just vanished...thats nothing though, our fridge had broken down so maintance after weeks of asking them for a new one finally came to my door. long behold there was a man who was dragging a fridge out of an apt next door to us, he was just giving us their fridge. anyways he drags it in and i will never forget the smell. then there was clusters, and im not going to far here either, i mean CLUSTERS of roaches that fell off of the fridge and were crawling in and out of it. the maintance guy continued to purt the fridge in my apt till i had to shout for him to remove it, he was kinda slow. the air conditioning unit sent our bill to a whopping 180 dollars for the month keeping the dang thing on 80./ yes EIGHTY! then finally it brokw down and just blew warm air out of the unit. so we had to bare the heat. odd smells would fill the apt as well, i can only describe it as a garbage smell. parking was very bad, someone on here calls us phsycos for saying that' lol its prolly the mang for flagler saying this. they were very rude, nasty, all they want is your money. the roach problem never ends in his joint. ok now before we moved, the biggest thing yet. a man was shot in killed out in my parking lot. yes shot and killed. i have heard that someone else was shot and killed just before i moved in there. its nasty down there, the crime, the people, mang, maintance, everything, i say they burn it to the ground and put somehting new there.
