Why all the whining''' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 2 responses   I have lived at Flagler Pointe for the past year and a half and I think it is great!!! I am surprised to see all the negative comments but it sound like a bunch of nit pickers who don't have lives and have nothing better to do than bash a community that I feel for the price and the neighborhood..is definately one of the best around! Also the office staff and manager are nothing but nice and helpful. Very rarely do I ever even see a property manager but I do see Flagler Pointe's on a regular basis. She is always out on property and I know from experience...as long as you set an appointment with her she will give you her 100% undivided attention..very cool girl! People complaining should have been here 2-3 years ago...I am from here (St. Pete)and FLagler was nothing like what it is now ..meaning that it is a 1000 times BETTER. To all the whiners...get a life.
