Flagler Pointe Apartments

Horrible Staff!! From: Solamar Date posted: 4/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I lived there on a 3 months lease in the winter/spring and winter of 2006 and boy am I glad to be gone! I rarely had hot water for my first 2 months and had to complain 4 times before they even sent someone to look at it. The manager (I forget her name but she was the -----) made leaving after 3 months a REAL hassle. She constantly tried to get me to sign a new lease, or find some reason to make me responsible for a longer term. I would come home to notes taped on my door stating my lease was "under review" and to refer all questions to the mamnager. When I asked her what "under review" meant, she never gave a straight answer but implied there might be a fee or legal action taken. The ----- lady who worked there was the one saving Grace of the place, if she ever takes over as manager this place might be livable. The price was good and the actual apartments were not horrible, but I never felt safe here. Find a better place for a few more dollars, trust me it will be the best money you ever spent.
