Flagler Pointe Apartments

Maintance sucks!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have had multiple problems with maintance. First off, it took them 5 times to fix my hot water. During which, they would come in, not do nay work and label the faucets....like I don't know which oneis hot. One night they also forgot to turn my hot water back on and I had to wait for on call maintanceto come and fix it. Another day, they forgot to lock my doorand my apartment was unlocked until I got home from work. On another occasion, maintance broke my lock when coming in to fix my ceiling which was leaking above my shower. They did not bother to fix this before leaving for the day. When I got home from work, I had to wait 45 min.for the oncall maintance to come and break into my apartment andthen replace the deadbolt. When I notified the office aboutallofthese problems I barely recieved an "I'm sorry."
