This is not somewhere you would want to live.
The maintenace is terrible, they pretend to fix things while you are at work and when you get home it still does not work. the air conditioning unit is so old to where it caught on fire and the fire department had to put it out. The breeze ways are terrible. The cement needs to be done over. There is dog poop every where. The only think that flagler point maintains is the parking spaces! Every few months they re-paint the parking spaces. The employees in the front office are not friendly nor do they care. When confronted they run in the back office and tell you that no one is available. I have been diagnosed over 5 times with Respiratory infection due to mildew all through my apartment. Flagler Point's resolution is to spray the area and paint over the spot. Also they have this rule about not transferring you to a different unit. Think twice about coming to this joint. It is the old bait and switch. The outside of the property is the bait and the inside is definitely a switch! Don't let the security guard fool you, he is just there for show. I had my car broken into right infront of my apartment. The only thing he guards is the pools to make sure you have a pool pass.
