I recentley read comments about the apts I currentley live at because I am contemplating a move to boston and was currious what my current place rated. I was very surprised! This community is wonderful, the office staff is very helpful, not to mention attractive! lol maitenance has always been professional and very timely. I appriciate that a complex even spends the extra cash to have a courtesy officer out and about, it makes me feel comfortable and safe. I would recomend flagler to anyone looking to live in this area.

Isn't it a little odd that right after 3 or 4 NOs are posted, several YESs are posted? This was definately posted by the office, because the only attractive staff member they've seen is ------ and she has moved on to bigger and better things!

Its definitely the office posting these reviews (4 YESes in a row and they all happen to have been posted within a few days). Trust me, this place is not safe! People honk their horns repeatedly, have their music as loud as they want (with these paper thin walls), the wiring and appliances are so outdated, it took a fire in one building to update them in that building (but not at my apartment)... Just call the St. Petersburg Police Dept and the Fire Dept, they can give you the real info... Don't listen to these phony postings

I agree....I doubt anyone would give this place a 4 star rating, let alone 5 in a row.
