Flagler Pointe Apartments

A few words from an old man! From: oldmanrenter Date posted: 6/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2006 1 response   I read the last and latest comment and I am not sure what that person is talking about. They have been working on the sprinklers to get them working and if I am not mistaken they are in the process of replacing all of the "dead grass". I have heard guns shots before because I live in the back of the property but its coming from Pinellas Pointe Apartments...talk about Ghetto. I am not sure about the honking of the horns or mean office staff but I have lived here a long time and I am happy. As long as you play by the rules than all is good. There has been some dog poop around my front door but that is because of my lazy neighbor. I have called the office about it and they immediately came over. I used to rent one of my houses a long time ago and I know that you can't have eyes all over the place. I appreciate the changes I have seen here in the last few years and I would recommend this place to most anyone. If you are expecting perfection you might as well move to a brand new community and pay the price. I think management is trying to do a lot in a short period of time..so if you are reading this..keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing what you have in store for us next. By the way Flagler Pointe did not pay me to write this and I have never worked for them.
