I am blown away by some of the postings that I have read on here! I am a current resident and am moving due to a job transferâI was unaware of this site until I started searching for apartments in North Carolina. I have lived at Flagler for nearly 3 years and am MORE than satisfied with the customer service, maintenance, and general upkeep of the community. It truly makes me upset when I have had such a good experience living here to see so much slander of a place I call home.

Yes, there was a fire here last year, and I was actually one of those apartments that had damage. If the staff at Flagler Pointe ever reads this, I want to commend them for their organization and positive attitude during that time! My jerk neighbor upstairs left his pot boiling, fell asleep, and caught a hand towel on fire. Within hours, I was given another apartmentâand to refute the previous comment of the same price for a smaller apartment-give me a break! I went from a 1 bedroom deluxe to a two bedroom 2 bath for the same priceâa 4oo square foot upgrade for the same price! Now THATâS customer service! They were so pro-active about informing me of the transfer processâa night that even one of the employees lost her apartment too-and instead she came in and worked to make sure the other residents were placed before herâyou tell me what other apartment community would do that'' And yeah, I was here when the man was shot. They handled that situation really well too. In comparison, take a look at Hyde Park-the prestigious apartment complex in So Ho Tampaâ3 murders in 6 months vs 1 here in 20 something years. Itâs an apartment people, youâve got to be a moron to think they can control every single person who drives in and around the complex. But they sure as heck make the best effort with the security guard at the front gate scanning Ids.

Maintenance is attentive and courteous. Nothing that wasnât attended to. And about the front office staff-they have always been great with my son and I. Always energetic and helpful. They even give us follow up maintenance calls to make sure the maintenance requests were completed to my satisfaction. I hope that people take my word over the other horrible postings on this site because I am telling the 100% truth. For an apartment community over 20 years old to be this well kept and managed-they sure as heck must be doing something right! And if the front office ever reads this, thank you for everything that you have done.

Why is it that anything nice written about this place has to be an employee..there are over 400 apartments at Flagler and out of all those apartments not one person is telling the truth..every aspect of this community is horrible..come on..sounds like the same person going to each statement writing some negative response..you must be some one who has it out for someone who works at Flagler...what did you do date one of the girls in the office and she broke your heart..or better yet..ugly fat girl who is jealous...hahahah...seems pretty ridiculous...I am surprised I am even wasting my time commenting at all...I know better than to believe anything on an unregulated site like this

Sure they gave you a new place fast, they have to. Plus they need to keep all the residents they have because they loose so many. Why do they lose so many? The roaches, the termites, having to call maintainance repetedly because they don't fix it all the way the first time, dealing with an office staff that are happy to write a work order but any other problem causes them to freeze up oh and the shoddy workmanship that builtthe building.
