After more than a year at Flagler, I found that management was in a total disarray. Thay have no consistent employees and the turnover causes lots of problems. Management is nearly nonexistent. After three months, I still have not receive my deposit refund and I'm constantly told that it's being taken care of. I am on the edge of taking legal action against them.

Jocelyn, probably not too smart of an answer. I haven't really seen any changes in office staff, other than that handsome guy they used to have working there. Complain about something else.

I am the manager at Flagler and this is a training facility. One of my front office positions is rotating. Once again for training. I bet you have not gotten your deposit back because you moved in with a guy that lived here, gave us his address as your forwarding address and then moved again...realized that you had not gotten back your deposit and gave us a new address, which in we had to wait for the original check to come back, or stop payment on it and then reissue another check that gets put in order as they are received....sorry you think management is so bad...and that you think my job is so easy...you know the saying...don't judge until you walk a day in another man's shoes...be my guest...I guarantee you would cave within 6 months...anytime you would like to take me up on that offer..be my guest!

Wow. It's really unprofessional to answer these things... Goodness. These are opinions that your customers have you really should not take it all that personally.
You should instead research how you can serve your customers better. Take some additional training in customer service and how to deal with irate customers.
Because it IS a training facility. Other employees are going to emulate your behavior. If that behavior is defensive when your customer approaches you unhappily you will get an even more angry customer.
If you use Empathy and I understand, How can I help?, I have an alternative for you.... You will get happier customers even though they came to you angry.
They will be even happier if you actually DO continue through on your promises.
Nobody ever said customer service is easy. All of us work. Most of us are face to face with people all day.
Don't make excuses. Be a person who realizes their weaknesses and takes action.
A helpful resident
