I agree with the the people who say the management is horrible, they really are. When I first moved in they had me do a checklist of things wrong, which i did, and by the time i was finished, i had no more room to fill anything out. Everytime i would call in something that neede to be done, they would take over a week to do it and it still was not finished!! The office manager is a total rude person, I have heard nothing but bad things since she became head of the property. I was doing a deep clean one day and had some stuff out on the porch until I was finished and they came by and gave me a written warning, telling to move my stuff or else an eviction notice would be out in place. Just this past New years eve, i went out of town to celebrate, and when I got back I was told that either I pay $200 more a month or I need to be out by March, there were complaints of us having a party on New years... we told her that we weren't even here on that day and all she could say is that oh well, she was going by what the neighbors said. Yeah later on in the conversation she finally spilled the beans and said that she wants us to be paying the same amount as the other tenants or else we could leave, even though she had already raised the rent for this coming year!!! All I have to say is don't waist your time, not a fun place to live and def. not worth the money they want you to pay!!!

This guy is crazy...ask him how many times the police have been to his apartment...oh ask him about the time he came into the manager's office crying and she nicely gave him a hug and allowed him to stay after him and his on again off again girlfriend got into a fist fight and the police were all over the place...oh or lets ask him about the puppy that he left outside in a cage on the porch with no food and water which was brought into thr office and fed until someone came to claim the little guy..and lets not forget about this guys friends who must be partying at his place when he is out with his girlfriend..they are peeing off the porch and throwing trash at the downstairs neighbors porch....and I have never heard of charging someone $200 more a month or leave...I think it went more like..."look I will save your credit by letting you just leave and move out and not get charged with an eviction even though the office has enough notices to get him evicted.....these messages are the ones that you just have to shake your head and laugh....can't win for nothin!

You need to get a life "neighbor of ---" (i.e. office manager) -----! All true from what I have seen. Why put his address out there like that? Very unprofessional and speaks volumes about the management. Be gone with your fake ass.
