I have called Flagler Pointe my home for years as a kid, and still have a grandmother that lives there. Every time I visit and go to the office for her or put in a maintenance request the staff has been nothing but wonderful, and has always taken care of her! I believe that the management they have now at Flagler Pointe has made it such nice place to live which is why my grandmother decided to continue and stay there. Also they helped my college daughter who is moving there into her own apartment because it the best that she has found in the area. All I have to say is thank you flagler pointe staff for your help and all that ya do!

If you have ever gone to the office for anything other than a work order its probably a different story. Or maybe they are just discriminatory towards women. But every time I go in and ask about a bill that is incorrect they tell me I have to pay it even though they don't know what it is for. They are also fond of eviction notices even though I pay everything I am supposed to pay. They lose paperwork and then send bills whenever they feel like it. . . say 3 months after you have built up charges that you were not even supposed to be paying.

God, I hope they wouldn't try that on my wife & I. We're both business majors. She has a BA in business and I have an associates in accounting. We keep records and copies of everything. It would seem to me that if they want to keep their apts full they would treat their tenants with more respect. We'll see what we'll see.
