I could almost guarantee this person works for flagler pointe to give such a raving review. Anyone who has lived there knows that the gym is outdated and regularly non-air conditioned. If you intend on going to the gym who will find it unacceptable. As for the pool view, I know this person must be lying. It is unkempt and honestly, quite vile. If this person is truly a resident, I am sure they will be singing a drastically different tune in a couple of months.

Wow CFRANTZ is just a little rude eh.... Flagler does have some problems... Granted it's not the worst I have been in but there are many things that have happened..... I don't think CFRANTZ lives there...posssibly works there otherwise he would not be so vile towards people who live in apartments.... Have you seen?? the prices of homes in Tampa Bay?? It's insane. More people would stay at the complex if they "loved it"

Why do you live there then????? Not smart on your part to be bashing the place where you and your family call home. Come on get some sense. You're the type that will move from apartment to apartment never owning there own home and unhappy with yourself and your life. Hope you are still miserable.

You havent had time to see the roaches come out yet.
Oh and wait till they bill you for random crap and cant even tell you what it is for. Rediculous.
The people that work in the office are fairly stupid and incapable of actually fixing anything. They just argue in circles until you go away.

I agree... you have not had time to see the roaches yet or you are a lucky one. BUT even in the new renter's original statement they state, " It's not so bad". DO oyou really want to live somewhere it is NOT SO BAD. No one explains their apartment in reviews... management explains it because they use this site as a marketing ploy to tell possible renters about the apartments. Manager seems nice, funny, wait til you need to use an extra parking space for something or you need a random small favor and then it will depend on the mood she is in. I am moving to West Palm... just not soon enough.

Lol.. this is hilarious.. honestly the first week i lived there, omg, it was amazing, but then all of a sudden I saw its true colors..
