The truth about Flagler Point From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   The grounds are beautiful. Some of the pools are opened some of the time. Once you move in very little maintenance is done and done just enough to get by, and it is slow. Security we have none, the gate up front is just for looks. We do have auto break ins and very little parking, Don't think you are going to get to park in front of your home because most of the time you will walk up to 3 blocks to get to it. They have said for years that they are working on the parking. I so far have not met anyone in here that is satisfied.
