I love it at Flagler Pointe!!

I am surprised to see all the bad reviews of Flagler Pointe on this site. I moved here a month ago and I think it's a wonderful place to live. It's quiet, the apartment is very well maintained. Trust me, I am one of the most scrutinous tenents I know and I came back 3 times to view the property and talk to staff before signing a lease. I dealt with David in the office and he was so wonderful!! He even came into the office on his day off so that I could move in on a more convenient day.
The grounds and buildings are very well maintained and the staff are very attentive. The parking problem that some people on here complain about seems to be non-existent. I think some people are probably just unhappy no matter what they have. There is a security guard on duty every evening that greets me at the front gate to check that I have my parking permit and even introduced himself to me when he noticed I was a new tenant.
All in all, I'm very pleased with my decision to move to Flagler Pointe.

What a croc... I live here and I am not unhappy, but I get angry when management places bulls_ _t reviews like this. We were treated with suspicion when moving in. The mgt attempted to charge us fees which we do not believe are industry standard and which we refused...they backed down when we said we would walk. Believe me, the parking problem is NOT non-existant and never will be... too many apts and not enough spaces close by... this is a design issue which will NEVER go away but would be made much easier if mgt assigned parking as PROMISED but never DELIVERED. The apartments are maintained OK, but I wouldn't say "well"... however they are responsive when called.. that said, these apartments are old and show their age frequently. Also anyone who lives here can tell you that the security guard is here somedays, and absent others.... obviously he is here in response to issues lately, but it is an outright LIE to say there is 24 hour coverage or even "every evening"...not even CLOSE.
Management... please don't insult the intelligence of your current and future residents. We know what problems exist here and will continue to make them know until they are FIXED. Placing bogus reviews won't help... it only makes it look like you are trying to hide things from people.

tricotec VERY well said, this place is a joke! they try to suck you in and once you sign that lease they could give a ---- about you. the customer service is ABSOlUTELY HORRIBLE and posting bogus reviews is illegal for them to do. so you can see how nice this complex is.
