I have been in Flagler Pointe since July and I am very happy with the apartment and grounds. I have yet to have any problems with maintenance or the management who seem to always want to help any way they can. I am thrilled that there are children around for my kids to play with and the parents I have met I really enjoy. I'm sure that some complaints are true, but I also believe that a lot of these people writing in these reviews are blowing things out of proportion... Remember, there are always 3 sides to the story, their side, your side and the truth!! I would recommend this complex to many people. I guess the only gripe I do have is where I am located, it would be nice if we did have a little more parking, but that still isn't that big of a deal!!

and this was made by a manager of flagler pointe even though apartment ratings privacy policy states no employees of the apartment complex can be writting reviews about there own complex. And how could management have the nerve to be lying to everyone. oo ya why do you have to be anonymous?? if you have so many positive comments why dont you post your name?
