Be aware if you are a current tenant that every bad review that is written management will find out who wrote them... and when they do they will treat you like a peice of ----(not like they dont anyways) and critisize you about the comments you wrote even though they are supposed to be anonymous and is against the privacy policy of this website. For management to go so low, not to mention very unprofessional, is just unbelievable. but if you like to be treated like a dog then this place is perfect...but according to * Florida Statutes, Section 83.51, require a landlord to comply with the local Property Maintenance Code. This place does not meet up to code with just about anything. the doors are unsafe not weather sealed and mine does not lock so anyone can just walk right in if they want to. i have been asking and promised many times for a new sliding door since the day i moved in, guess what im eight months into the lease and no door. i have been told over and over i would get a new door nothing happens. the stairs are not safe termites everywhere. the celings leak. the electrical is not to code there is no switch affeliated with any outlets in the bedrooms. a lot of windows are cracked.
a lot of neighbors tell me that they have leaking/brokin appliances is worse then pulling teeth to get repaired. i also had neighbors with no heat or a/c and have not gotten repairs for months and had to live like that and not get any reimbursment.
i am sure the Consumer Affairs Division would not be happy about this if they knew. ohhh and the best part about the place when you tell management you have a maintanance issue hopefully they tell them, like my issue with water leaking from the celing (out of code) going into the light fixture filling it with water(fire hazard). if you love barbequeing out on the patios this place is for you a lot of the support beams on the patios are rusted away holding up by a thread. not to mention when it rains your patio will be flooded and your furniture rugs will be ruined because the door you have been asking for eight months is not weather tight. and this is only the beggining of the problems... so management you still want to treat everyone poorley' keep it up!
HAHA look at this at the bottom of the page before you post a review (I certify I am not an employee or contractor for this community or any other community. ) WOW! management loves to break the rules dont they. They write review about this place all the time to try to suck in the idiots to live there(i was suckered in also, i am also an idiot for signing a lease here)and once you do there is nothing you can do to leave. after this review management will probably be saying something to me because these reviews are very anonymous!

you people are all wacked.the staff here has been great.they try there best to please every one here. there have been alot of improvements done here at flagler pointe. this is a very nice place to live.......

I live here and I don't agree with all this person has to say, but I would like to know more about this "shooting". I have to agree about the bogus reviews though...makes you Mgt. guys look really bad... and dumb.

oh the shooting i can tell you more.... first all there was a huge illegal gambling party going on. about 15 people 14 black 1 white come out. The guy with the gun starts firing... shot one guy in the knee everyone comes out screeeeeming ran so fast they left the shoes behind. then the guy goes to the guy he was trying to shoot. the man he was aiming his gun at falls to the ground puts his hands up and beeeeegs mercy(no please please dont shoot.) that man got up and jumped through the window of my newly neighbors who had 2 children who were terrified and had to move out immediatly and flagler pointe gave them a hard time about leaving. the man who begged for merrcy and jumped through the window (broke the glass and all) went to the kitchen dripping with blood and says to the tenant with two terrified kids(im glad no one took my money) he seriously took out his money and started counting in. my wife, who was histerical. my 2 month old baby at the time was screeming at the top of her lungs who had to have this tramatic expeirence at such a young age. and the cops showed up 35 minutes after the scene did not find the shooter. oh yes and there is drug deals going on right at the corner where i park my car. not to mention someones new mercedes was broken into and the people werent cought again. but great place to live!!!......ya great job flagler pointe
