I lived in Flagler Pointe for 3 years and I loved it here. The only reason I am moving is to buy a house. The management has always been nice and helpful and maint is completed in a timely manner. Living here let me save money to buy a house, but live someplace nice that I wasn't embarrassed about like many other complexes in this area. The apartments are renovated and spacious. I enjoyed my time here.

I lived there and I don't believe you. My experience was not horrible, but I'd hardly rate the place even close to the glowing review you gave. Parking is a pain, there are a lot of crummy people living here, and the place is old and managed on a shoestring. Only bright spot for me was that maintenance was pretty good for me, which is good because in this place you need lots of it. "Spacious" and "Renovated"??? Not words a resident would use. If you mean the cabinets have been replaced since the place was built in the 70's ok, but "Adequate" is the word I'd use... and "Spacious"... give me a break! Again "Adequate" applies. Bottom line... an old property with plenty of old property problems. Nice try.

Actually, some misinformation there before. There weren't two back to back posts recently (at least management has learned from my earlier posts). However, take a look at these dates as evidence that management posts. The most blatant evidence are the 6/4/06, 6/3/06, 6/3/06, and 6/2/06. Take a look at these and you'll know for sure that management posts on here. Seriously, 4 positive reviews within 3 days!! :). You're lucky to see 3 reviews at all within a month. Its not coincidental (that'd be as coicidental as winning the lottery twice). Now take a look at the names for those posts... lol. After I called out management on that one they changed their tactic to posting on the same day of the week to drive down the negative reviews. Look at 8/30/06, 9/7/06, 9/14/06 and 3/5/09, 3/12/09, 3/19/09. I called them out on this too, and looks like they can no longer have the convenience of their calendar each week telling them its time to post. One thing is clear: MANAGEMENT DOES POST ON THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!
