big mistake From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   major bug problem , no one cares to fix... maintainence issues will never be resolved, whats the point of having extra security with a gate if its allways open, staff in the office a joke, parking worst ive ever seen, apartments are very very outdated seems to be the oldest in the area ive looked at all the aparments in this area and these are the only ones that have not been updated and they are the most expensive do yourself a favor go across the street to inlet bay the apts are a little bit smaller but they are new updated great ammenities and people in the office are NICE and know what they are doing .....and these people that say this apt is great then you have very very low standards or work in the office.....Hudson Pointe' (formerly Post Bay)...soon to be "Over Priced Ghetto"
