Your issues will go unanswered... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Recently moved in, very incompetient office staff. Was told to inform them of any issues regarding apt b/c we have yet to have a walkthru completed. Still waiting for things to be fixed. Parking sucks...motorcycle riders are self-centered and take up an entire space near our building. Landscaping crew spashes mud and debris on your vehicles. Also, this place is going condo. Was informed of this by a coworker so we personally talked to someone in the front office and he lied to us to our faces. You can hear people showering and walking around, sounds like a bowling alley is above us. We like it's remote location but it doesn't really matter b/c the new owners are more interested in making money by going condo.
