I recently rented an apartment at Hudson pointe and couldn't be happier. The new lanscaping and paint looks great! I do not believ eHudson Pointe is going condo since we just leased our apartment a few weeks ago. I like the new cameras around the gate area and new landscaping thoughout the whole community. Great Job! Thanks Hudson Pointe!!!!!

I also signed a lease this year, but I do believe it will go condo. The should, however, honor the leases that were signed prior to the transition. The management claims that the condo conversion is not certain. However, the new owners are spending a lot of money making changes that are not easily reversed if they decide to remain apartments.
