This place is going to hell in a handbasket.
Bugs, mold, landscaping garbage (branches, rocks, etc.) everywhere, ghetto and poor Florida white trash abundant. Visit the exercise room and you'll be subjected to loud, hiphop music being played and on weekends lots of college-flunkee drunkards with kegs of beer. People fight over parking spaces even though there is plenty of available spots. THESE ARE NOT CONDOS- YOU CANNOT "CONVERT" AN APT INTO A CONDO, IT IS NOT BUILT OF THE SAME QUALITY AS A CONDO SO DON'T BOTHER LOOKING AT DEMOS B/C IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND YOUR TIME. SAVE FOR A "REAL" HOUSE THAT SOMEONE WILL WANT TO PURCHASE IF YOU CHOOSE TO MOVE OUT. SOMETHING YOU OWN AND CAN KEEP UP. Come home from work and you'll be subjected to lots of little illegal aliens running around shouting jibberish and leaving landscaping tools sprawled about. Walls are paperthin and you can hear your neighbor going to the bathroom when you're in your own bathroom doing your thing. You can also hear them showering, arguing and doing wash.
The front gate is open 99.9% of the time which defeats the purpose of advertising this place as a "gated community". The exiting gate is usually closed which serves no purpose whatsoever.
It is a shame because this complex used to be decent but now its a defunct, soon to be ghost town.
