I really enjoy living here. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/3/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   It's very quiet and the landscaping is beautiful and fairly well-maintained. They are making majoy upgrades to the roofs and paint (color scheme is not really attractive: earth colors vs. the old pink) but I definitely like the Spanish tile roofs. It's sort of a pain navigating around construction materials, but it's not too bad. The electronic gate is sometimes fussy and the property managers suddenly changed their hours for some reason. Maintenence is very prompt and thorough when you call, and neighbors hardly ever make any noise.
