Inlet Bay IS a NICE place From: Bldg44 Date posted: 2/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I just moved in one month ago (1/17/05) and so far I can't think of anything to say that is bad. I've read some of the other reviews on this site and I'm sure other residents may have some issues but I don't. I live right off 9th street so in the middle of the night the cars speed like mad up 9th street to the Interstate. Yes, they are loud but that's only if we have the porch doors open. Not the apartment's fault. As for landscaping, it's first-class! I lived in Emerald Point on 4th street 10 years ago and THAT was crappy looking. THAT was a ghetto. Inlet Bay is well maintained, the gym has plenty of equipment. I'm in there 5 days a week and have never seen anyone waiting to use a piece of equipment. Inlet Bay has all of the things I want and the rent is fair. If you're looking for a nice place, this is one of them. You could do nicer and go to the Echelons across 9th street but the rent over there is much higher.
