Yo!

Overall Disgusting Complex

At first appearance this place looks great. Beautiful landscaping, fairly new complexes, brand new garages, but here is the bad things about this place.

-Loud neighbors
-Paper thin walls
-Old carpet (Replacing with remodeled units)
-I smell marijuana coming from apts
-No parking spaces because of new garages
-Rude office staff
-More money, less amenities and quality
-Overflowing trash
-Substandard Fitness center
-Gates ALWAYS ALWAYS broken
-A/C and heaters usually broken
-Higher prices than other comparible apts
-dirty pools

I am in the process of pursing legal action to relieve my 12 month obligation. The lawyers reviewed the lease agreement and have found Inlet Bay negligent and therefore they have not met the complex's end of the agreement. But they will try to stick it to you if you try to terminate early without a lawyer at your side. The garages have been under construction for almost a year and they still have not been completed. COME ON INLET BAY TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!

AND FIX THE GATES...HERES A BRIGHT IDEA...INSTEAD OF FIXING THE JUNKY GATES REPLACE THEM WITH NEW ONES THAT DON'T BREAK DOWN SO MUCH. I HAVE LIVED IN SEVERAL GATED COMMUNITIES AND NONE HAVE HAD GATES BROKEN AS OFTEN AS YOURS. SPEND A FEW DOLLARS OUT OF YOUR DEEP POCKETS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PLACE.

I'M OUT OF HERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THIS PLACE IS HOPELESS.

PS. FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO THINK THE COMPLAINERS ARE THE BAD TENENTS YOU ARE WRONG ABOUT ME, I ALWAYS PAY ON TIME AND ALWAYS AM POLITE TO OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENENCE.

**UPDATE** The gates were all working today for the first time in approximately 9 months. I was impressed. Also, they used high water pressure machine to clean the fronts of the buildings and the stairwells. They also painted the stair rails. Not too bad! At least they are making an effort, but there is still alot of things this complex needs to fix in order to be worth the money. I still suggest a complete replacement of the gates because they will probably break again real soon because they always do!
