Management writing A reviews! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   This place has "Remodeled" thier apartments. Yet the new apartments are a half-assed attempt to trick more people into moving here. The last good comment I read on this site obviously came from management because this is a craphole. The landscaping throws you off because you think things are nice, but you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover. The interior structure of these apartments is weak. I can hear my neighbors talk and that is bad. Not to include the fact that you can hear them having sex in detail. You can hear everything. I have actually heard someone burp before. Thats how bad this place is so don't let management in thier desperate attempt to trick you with fake postings convince you this place is good! Run, don't walk from inlet bay things aren't as they seem here. Don't be another sucker to sign a lease. You will regret it once you settle in. I am being honest and looking out for other poor souls that may be misled into a overall messy and terrible place to live. I am leaving as soon as my lease is up because they have trapped me here. I tried to get out of my lease and they wanted me to pay back all incentives they offered me 9 months ago on top of discounts I recieved for being a city of st petersburg worker.
